9. Set up the RD560 Printer on Chromebook via Bluetooth

Note: Make the printer is on and the labels are loaded properly.

Step 1: Connect the Bluetooth Dongle with Chromebook

Plug the mini Bluetooth dongle into your chromebook's USB port>> once both the printer's Bluetooth indicator light and the dongle's light turn solid blue, the Bluetooth pairing is successful.

Note: 

1) If can't pair with Bluetooth, please move the printer close to the Bluetooth dongle, restart the printer and reconnect the Bluetooth dongle.

2) If your computer only has type-c port, connect the type-c adapter with the mini Bluetooth dongle first, then plug it into computer's type-c port. Make sure the blue light is facing up.

3) The Bluetooth indicator light may not be that noticeable, so please come closer to check.

4) You can also connect the printer using a USB cable if needed.

Step 2: Add "Shipping Printer" Extension

Go to Chrome web store>> search "shipping printer" extension>> more extensions>> find and click "Shipping Printer">> Add to Chrome>> Add extension>> waiting for checking>> it will show up "Shipping Printer has been added to Chrome".

Open a pdf label (you also can download the 4x6" sample label from our website: www.labelrange.com) >> click extension icon>> select "Shipping Printer">> click Connection icon>> it will show up "Printer-Paired", highlight it and click Connect>> click print>> choose "Shipping Printer" as printer name>> after clicking the "Print" button, please go back to the setting page. The printer will then print the label.
