2. Installing the BT320 I BT620 I LP320 I LP620 Printer on Mac via USB cable

Please make sure that you have installed the driver software by following the steps below:

Step 1: 

Pls ensure the printer is OFF. 

Plug the power cord into the power adapter. 

Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet. 

Connect the USB cable to your printer and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.

Step 2: 

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and adjust the paper guide to fit the width of paper. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically.

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

Step 3:

For Model BT320 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click"LabelRangeBT320PrinterMacDriver1.0.pkg" driver software -> click "Continue" -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation

For Model BT620 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click"LabelRangeBT620PrinterMacDriver.pkg" driver software -> click "Continue" -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation

For Model LP320 - Pls insert LabelRange orange USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click "LabelRangeLP320PrinterMacDriverv1.0.pkg" driver software -> click “Continue” -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model LP620 - Pls insert LabelRange blue USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click "LabelRangePrinterMacDriver.pkg" driver software -> click “Continue” -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

After installation, pls go to your Mac's settings -> Printers and Scanners -> pls click “+”or " Add printer.." and select "BT320 Printer"/"BT620 Printer"/"LP320 Printer"/ "LP620 Printer"and click “Add”, and the "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer"/"LP320 Printer"/ "LP620 Printer" will be added.

Step 4:

To verify your Labelrange was installed properly, you can print a 4x6” sample label from our USB disk to verify. If you can print it, the driver software was installed correctly.
