6. Set up the BT320 I BT620 Printer on your Android or iOS device using the 'Rekdom Printer' app

Make sure that the printer is ON and you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.  

Step 1: 

Pls ensure the printer is OFF. 

Plug the power cord into the power adapter. 

Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet. 

Step 2: 

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and adjust the paper guide to fit the width of paper. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically.

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

Step 3: 

Download the app "Rekdom Printer", open it - tap " printer" icon, choose Bluetooth, find and TAP "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer" to connect. Then you can print. 

Import or share the PDF file from the social media, selling and shipping platforms. If you received file from other app, open with "Rekdom Printer" app to print, you don't need to save them.

Useful Reminder:

1. Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.  

2. Check if you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing from other device before new pairing. 

3. Tap printer icon to reconnect "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer" everytime you turn on the printer.
