1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cord to connect, and make sure the printer is ON and in an online state.
2. Ensure that the Bluetooth connection is successful by checking that both the printer's Bluetooth indicator light and the Bluetooth dongle's light are solid blue.
3. Confirm that you have successfully installed the driver software by following our provided steps.
4. If you have reinstalled the driver software, make sure to print to the same active printer name when printing, such as RD560 printer-AD(copy1), (copy2),...
5. Please ensure the label paper is loaded correctly. If loading the label by opening the cover, make sure the first label extends out of the printer outlet, allowing it to feed properly and be detected.
6. Please restart the printer.
7. Please check if the LED indicator is blinking? If it is blinking, please contact customer support.
