7. Printer is not popping up.

1. If you are using a type-C adapter, ensure that the adapter is working correctly. 

2. Make sure the Bluetooth dongle is plugged into the computer and the Bluetooth is paired successfully.

3.Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our provided steps.

4. Before installing the driver software, please disable the firewall and antivirus, as they may interrupt the installation. After installation, you can restart them.

5. If you are using a Mac, remember to add the printer of "RD560 printer-AD" after completing the installation. 

6. If the driver software was installed properly, pls restart the printer and computer, it will show up.
