9. Printing blank labels.

• 1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cord to connect.

• 2. Ensure that the labels are loaded correctly with the printable side facing up.

• 3. Ensure your label type is "Direct Thermal" label.

• 4. Ensure the printer cover is securely closed by pressing down on the right sides.

• 5. Ensure that the Bluetooth connection is successful by checking that both the printer’s Bluetooth indicator light and the Bluetooth dongle’s light are solid blue.
  

• 6. Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our steps. If needed, you can uninstall it and reinstall following our instructions.

• 7. Ensure that your label page size, label paper size, and printer settings are the same size.

• On Windows: 

• Go to the Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right click on RD560 printer-AD > Printer Preferences > pls choose paper size. Or go to Start menu > Settings > Printers and scanners > click RD560 printer-AD> Printer Preferences to set up size or other settings.

     On Mac:

• Access these settings directly from the print menu and choose paper size.
