If you are using the BT320 Printer/BT620 Printer, yes, you can print from Android/iOS via Bluetooth using the 'Rekdom Printer' app.

If you are using the LP320/LP620 Printer, please note that these two models require a USB wired connection.

LabelRange functions like a regular printer, and it will be identified as 'BT320 printer' or 'LP620 printer' or 'LP320 printer' on your computer after installing the driver. It will print anything you send to it, ensuring that the loaded label, label page, and printer settings are of the same size.

Note: If a platform is not listed here, it doesn't necessarily mean that LabelRange won't work with it. If you can obtain a 4 x 6-inch label from that platform, it will be compatible with LabelRange.

Please note that there are two kinds of thermal labels: thermal transfer labels and direct thermal labels.

LabelRange works with direct thermal labels and prints labels with a width of 1.5'' to 4.1'' and a height of 1'' to 9.84''. It is ideal for 4''x6'', 4''x4'', 4''x2'', 4''x1'', 3''x3'', 3''x2'', 2.25''x1.25'', 2x2'' and 2''x1'' labels.

Please make sure that you have installed the driver software by following the steps below:

Step 1: 

Pls ensure the printer is OFF. 

Plug the power cord into the power adapter. 

Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet. 

Connect the USB cable to your printer and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.

Step 2: 

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and adjust the paper guide to fit the width of paper. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically.

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

Step 3: 

For Model LP620 - Pls insert LabelRange blue USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangePrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model LP320 - Pls insert LabelRange orange USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangeLP320PrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation. 

For Model BT320 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangeBT320PrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model BT620 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangeBT620PrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

After installation, pls go to Start menu -> Settings -> Printers and scanners -> You will see the “LP620 printer"/"LP320 printer"/"BT320 printer"/"BT620 printer".

Step 4:

To verify your Labelrange was installed properly, go to “LP620 printer"/"LP320 printer"/BT320 printer"/"BT620 printer" - click “Print Test Page”. If you can print it, the driver software was installed correctly. You can also print a 4x6” sample label from our USB disk to verify.

For Model BT320 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click"LabelRangeBT320PrinterMacDriver1.0.pkg" driver software -> click "Continue" -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation

For Model BT620 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click"LabelRangeBT620PrinterMacDriver.pkg" driver software -> click "Continue" -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation

After installation, pls go to your Mac's settings -> Printers and Scanners -> pls click “+”or " Add printer.." and select “LP620 Printer"/“LP320 Printer"/"BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer" and click “Add”, and the LP620 Printer /LP320 Printer/ BT320 Printer/BT620 Printer will be added.

Step 4:

To verify your Labelrange was installed properly, you can print a 4x6” sample label from our USB disk to verify. If you can print it, the driver software was installed correctly.

Please follow the steps below to install your LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer on your Chromebook

1). 

Ensure the printer is OFF. 

Plug the power cord into the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet. 

Connect the USB cable to your printer and plug the other end into your computer's USB port. 

2). 

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and ensure the paper guides are flush against the label with no gap. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically. 

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling). 

3). 

Go to Chrome web store - search "Labelrange" extension - click "Labelrange" extension and click "Add to Chrome" - click "Add extension". Click "Labelrange" extension and click "Add", it will show up LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer paired, highlight it and click "connect", then done. 

Note: Please ignore the configuration prompt; there is no need to click to configure.

4). 

Open your label and print - choose "LabelrangePrinter" as printer and choose paper size from More settings to printing.

Important Notes Before Setting Up Bluetooth on Windows:

1.Ensure you have correctly installed the BT320 Printer Windows driver software using the USB cable.

2.Keep the printer and computer connected with a USB cable during the installation and Bluetooth setup.

3.Ensure that your computer's Bluetooth function is turned on before initiating Bluetooth pairing.

4.Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing of BT320 Printer from your phone or tablet before initiating Bluetooth pairing on Windows.

If you are using Windows 10, please follow the steps provided in our user manual to set up Bluetooth. Refer to the video below for your reference:

If you are using Windows 11, please follow the steps below to set up Bluetooth:

Step 1: Add the Bluetooth of Printer

After driver installation, go to Settings-> Bluetooth & devices-> Printers & scanners-> Add devices-> find BT320 Printer-> Add device-> enter the PIN “0000”-> click Next-> waiting for the installation-> It will add another BT320 Printer which shows up “Driver is unavailable”.(Please ignore it and go ahead the next steps.)

Step 2: Match the COM Port

Click Bluetooth & devices-> Devices-> Related settings-> More Bluetooth settings-> click COM Ports-> select Outgoing port of Bluetooth, BT320 Printer "Serial Port"(Note:COM ports will vary depending on the numbers of your computer's Bluetooth Pairing. Please mark down the COM number, here is COM 4.)->click OK.

Step 3: Switch the Printer's USB Port to Matched Bluetooth's COM Port

Click Bluetooth & devices-> Printers & Scanners-> click BT320 Printer with drop-down option (Note: Pls select the printer which not show up "Driver is unavailable".)-> Printer properties-> Ports-> find and select the matched Bluetooth port: COM 4: Serial Port (the COM port checked in Step 2)-> click OK.

Note 1: Please select the available BT320 Printer which has a drop-down option." Driver is unavailable" is Bluetooth Printer which is normal, please ignore it.

Note 2: If you can't find which COM port match with Bluetooth port, please restart your computer and printer, and setup Bluetooth from Step 2 again.

Step 4: Verify Your Bluetooth Pairing and Start Bluetooth Printing

To verify your Bluetooth was paired successfully, go to Printers & Scanners-> BT320 Printer.

Note: Please choose the correct BT320 Printer which has drop-down option, it will become visible after one minute. Please ignore the BT320 Printers that show up "Driver is unavailable".

Now you can unplug the USB cable directly from your computer, click BT320 Printer-> click "Print Test Page", If you can print it, the Bluetooth was paired correctly. You can also print a 4x6”sample label from our USB disk to verify.

Make sure that the printer is ON and you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.  

Step 1:

Step 2:

Step 3: 

Download the app "Rekdom Printer", open it - tap " printer" icon, choose Bluetooth, find and TAP "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer" to connect. Then you can print. 

Import or share the PDF file from the social media, selling and shipping platforms. If you received file from other app, open with "Rekdom Printer" app to print, you don't need to save them.

Useful Reminder:

1. Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.  

2. Check if you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing from other device before new pairing. 

3. Tap printer icon to reconnect "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer" everytime you turn on the printer.     

1. Please ensure that your computer's USB port is functional. If you are using a USB adapter, ensure that the adapter is also working correctly. Pls re connect the USB cable and it may show up.

2. Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our provided steps.

3. Before installing the driver software, please disable the firewall and antivirus, as they may interrupt the installation. After installation, you can restart them.

4. If you are using a Mac, remember to add the printer after completing the installation. 

5. If  the driver software was installed properly, pls re start the printer and computer, it will show up.

1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cable/adapter to connect, and make sure the printer is ON and in an online state.

2. Confirm that you have successfully installed the driver software by following our provided steps.

3. If you have reinstalled the driver software, make sure to print to the same active printer name when printing, such as LP320 Printer (copy1), (copy2),...

4.Please ensure that you have loaded the label paper properly. Let the label paper extend out of the printer outlet so that it can be detected correctly.

5.Please check if the top feeder button is blinking. If it is blinking, how many times in a row? 3times or 6times? Please contact customer support, thank you.

• 1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cable/adapter to connect.

• 2. Make sure that your labels are properly loaded. The side of the label that will be printed needs to be facing up.

• 3. Ensure your label type is "Direct Thermal" label.

• 4. Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our steps. If needed, you can uninstall it and reinstall following our instructions.

• 5. Ensure that your label page size, label paper size, and printer settings are the same size.

• On Windows: 

Go to the Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right click on LP620 Printer or LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer > Printer Preferences > pls choose paper size. Or go to Start menu > Settings > Printers and scanners >  LP620 Printer or LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer > Printer Preferences to set up size or other settings.

On Mac:

Access these settings directly from the print menu and choose paper size.

If the above are all correct, please turn it off - then re connect the cables and re load the labels, turnit on, it will work!!!

If it is still not working and you are using the "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer," please open the "Rekdom Printer" app. Tap the printer icon, choose Bluetooth, find and tap the BT320 Printer to connect. Then long-press the "Rekdom Printer" title for about 6 seconds to transfer to the settings page. Go to User Settings and tap "Restore factory settings," then you're done.

1. If you are printing shipping labels, the most likely reason is that your label format page is set to 8.5x11'', not 4x6''.

If you are printing 4x6" labels from platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Paypal, Poshmark, Pirateship, Shipstation, Shippo, change your label format setting to 4x6 before creating. If you cannot figure it out, please contact customer support or search for related videos on YouTube. Thank you. 

By default, some platforms produce labels in an 8.5 x 11 size at present, which won't fit 4x6'' correctly. Examples include USPS, UPS, Mercari...

If you print a few labels per day, we recommend our customers crop the label. For example, for a USPS label from the USPS website, choose PDF instead of Print Label > open with Adobe Reader > Choose Edit > Take a Snapshot > Select/Highlight the label's area > Right-click in the highlighted area and select Print (choose 4x6'' as paper size), then it will be printed perfectly. If you use BT320 printer or BT620 printer, you can crop the label directly by our "Rekdom Printer" App.

If you are printing many labels per day, we recommend our customers use shipping platforms like Shippo, Pirateship, where you can print 4x6'' labels directly and get discounted shipping costs.

2. Make sure the loaded label, label page, and printer settings are all the same size.

On Windows: Go to the Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click on LP620 Printer/LP320 Printer /BT320 Printer> Printer Preferences > please choose paper size. Alternatively, go to Start menu > Settings > Devices > Printers and scanners > LP620 Printer/LP320 Printer/BT320 Printer > Manage > Printer Preferences to set up size or other settings.

On Mac: Access these settings directly from the print menu and choose paper size.

• 3. Run label identification manually when it won't auto-detect; otherwise, it will print cut off.

Press and hold the top feeder button for 5 seconds, and then release.

• 4. Make sure the paper guides are flush against the label with no gap.

5. If you are using a Mac system, please delete the printer first and then follow our steps to reinstall the driver software; it will print properly.

6.If all size is matched and still print cut off, please help to do the restore factory setting via app or tool software. 

1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cable/adapter to connect.

• 2. Open the printer cover to check if anything is stuck. Remove any obstructions and clean.

Try to always wipe down the print head when you switch labels so the stickers don't get stuck when printing.

3 Set your print speed to "2" and density to "2" then try your print again.

1. LabelRange uses direct thermal technology, and its printing quality may not be as good as laser/inkjet printers. All thermal label printers have similar characteristics. If you require a better print effect, please choose the LP620 Printer as it is designed with a 300DPI resolution.

• 2. The printing quality of the label depends on the label manufacturer. Avoid poor-quality labels as they can negatively impact printing performance.

• 
  

• 3. Ensure your label page content takes up the whole label. If there are extra borders, your design may be "shrunk" when printed, resulting in poor content quality.

• 
  

• 4. Open your printer to check if anything is stuck on the print head or rubber roller. Remove any obstructions and clean. Regularly clean the print head and rubber roller.

  
  

• 5. For Windows users, please open the label with Adobe Reader and select "Print as Image" under "Advanced" options. This will improve the printing effect. If you are printing a PDF file, please try to open the file using Adobe Reader for better printing results.

• 6. Please always download the latest driver software for the printer from our website for the best results.

1.The printer will beep or flash 3times in a row when it is ON without labels. Please load the labels and then turn it on.   We have disabled the beeping settings from shipments starting on January 1, 2024.

2. Ensure that the printer cover is securely closed. If you have loaded the label paper into the printer, closed it properly, and it is still beeping or flashing 6times, please open the printer cover and send us a photo for further inspection.

3. If you have loaded the label paper in printer and it still flashes three times in a row and you are using the BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer, please follow these steps to set it up:

1)Remove the label paper from the printer and turn the power on, let it keep beeping or flashing.

2)Open the "Rekdom Printer" app - tap printer icon, choose Bluetooth, find and tap the BT320 Printer to connect. Then long-press the "Rekdom Printer" title for about 6 seconds to transfer to the settings page - Calibration Settings - Lack Paper Learn - Tap Learn. After that, load the label paper into the printer and see if it stops beeping or flasing.

Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.   

For "Rekdom Printer" App users:  

1.Check if you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing from other device before new pairing.  

2.Tap printer icon to reconnect "BT320 Printer" everytime you turn on the printer.      

For Windows users:  

1.Make sure your  "BT320 Printer" driver software was installed successfully follow our steps.

2.Make sure you've still connected the USB cable when setting up the Bluetooth. 

3.If you have one more "BT320 Printer", please turn off other printers before current Bluetooth pairing.

4.Make sure you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing of "BT320 Printer" from your phone and tablet before Bluetooth pairing on Windows.

5.When pairing with Bluetooth, remember to select the correct "BT320 Printer" which with Printer Icon. 

6.Mark down the Outgoing port of Bluetooth from "More Bluetooth options"(Note: the COM port is different from different devices), so you can switch to the correct COM port from Printer properties. If you can't find the corresponding COM port from Printer properties, then please restart your computer and printer, pair with Bluetooth again. 

7.Please wait for 3 more seconds before unplugging the cable from computer.

8.If you need to reinstall it, please remember to uninstall it first. 

Go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT320 Printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find  "Labelrange BT320 Printer Driver -> right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find "BT320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing from "Rekdom Printer" App:

- Tap printer icon -> Bluetooth -> Disconnect

- Or turn off the printer

If you using BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer, please open the "Rekdom Printer" app. Tap the printer icon, choose Bluetooth, find and tap the BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer to connect. Then long-press the "Rekdom Printer" title for about 6 seconds to transfer to the settings page. Go to User Settings and tap "Restore factory settings," then you're done.

If you using LP320 Printer or LP620 Printer, you can use LabelRange TOOL software to print Self Test, Disable the beeping, Restore factory Settings, Lack Paper Learn and more. Pls see detailed instructions below:

1) Pls download the tool software first. 

 www.labelrange.com -> PRODUCT -> LP620 LABEL PRINTER  or  LP320 LABEL PRINTER -> DOWNLOAD ->

2) Pls ensure the printer was connected and the power is on.

3) If you use LP320 printer, open tool software file ->double click below tool column:

Pls click “LP320 Printer” and click " Connection Test", and it will showed “Connection Successful”. 

Then click "Set Printer".

Do a Self Test, pls Test -> click “ Self Test”

Disable the beeping, pls User Default -> Beep: Disable -> click “ Set”

Restore factory settings, pls User Default -> click “ Restore factory settings”

Lack Paper Learn, pls remember to remove your label paper from printer and turn the power on, then Location ->Lack Paper Learn -> click “ Learn”

(I know the printer will beeping if without label, just keep it)

Update the firmware, pls click “ Download” ->” Select Firmware” . We will supply firmware to our customers if need.

On the new eBay Interface, please choose 4" x 6" PDF as your label format.

If you use business Paypal account ,pls Login to PayPal and click the Gear Icon  - Select Account Settings - On the left hand side, please choose Shipping - Under Shipping Preferences, click Update - -Under "U.S.PS ,"  click Edit printer settings  -  Pick Label Printer to one of the 4 x 6'' printers, such as the "Zebra LP 2844-Z 4.0 x 6.0".

If you use personal paypal account ,  pls login to Paypal -> pls click on Shipping Preference -> Pls select Label Printer to one of the 4x6'' label printer like Zebra LP2844 -Z-4X6'' , then you can printing the label in 4x6'' .

To print your label from Shippo in a 4x6 size, clicking "Settings" -> "Labels" -> find the "Default label format" drop-down menu and choose "4x6 in PDF" -> then save your changes at the bottom of the page.

Note: After you change your label size to 4x6'', only new labels will be created in 4x6'' size. The previously label will still remain in the standard size 8.5x11''. For the standard size label, pls open it with Adobe Reader -> Choose Edit -> Take a Snapshot -> Select/Highlight the label's  area -  Right click in the highlighted area and select Print (pls choose 4x6'' as paper size), then it will be printing perfectly. And when you get a new order and create the label to 4x6, it will be printing in 4x6".

Before you generate a label, pls choose 4x6 label and save.

Note: If you didn't choose the 4x6'' label size initially, the label page will be created in 8.5x11'' dimensions, resulting in small prints or cutoffs. After changing the label to 4x6'', it will still remain in the 8.5x11'' size since the changes will only apply to labels that have not been generated yet. And when you get a new order and create the label to 4x6'', it will be printing in 4x6".  

We have three ways to print UPS labels:

1. UPS provides free software called WorldShip. Please setup it for Labelrange.

After you installed LabelRange, please open UPS WorldShip and follow the steps below:

2. We recommend customers to use shipping platforms like Shippo, Pirate Ship, Shipstation ...  They connect to UPS.com and print your label in a  4x6'' size directly and you can get the discount cost.

3. If you definitely want to ship directly from UPS.com, You may leave the settings as default on UPS.com and download the label as PDF and then crop the label. To install the LabelRange as a UPS Thermal Printer has more limitations. It is the UPS.com setting point, not the printer itself,  other thermal printers has the same state, please kindly understand.

By default, Some platforms produce labels in an 8.5 x 11 size at present which won't fit 4x6'' correctly.  Like USPS, UPS, Mercari ...  

If you print a few per day, we recommend our customers crop the label.

Like a USPS label from USPS website, choose PDF instead of Print Label > open with Adobe Reader > Choose Edit > Take a Snapshot > Select/Highlight the label's area > Right click in the highlighted area and select Print (choose 4x6'' as paper size), then it will be printed perfectly.

Visit www.labelrange.com, go to DOWNLOAD, and please download the correct driver software for installation.

Press and hold the top feeder button for 5 seconds, and then release.

The printer will automatically relearn the label size.

Print quality may be affected by dust, foreign objects, sticky materials, or other impurities adhering to the print head or printer. When the print head becomes dirty, resulting in decreased print quality or issues with paper detection, clean it as instructed.

Notes:

• Before cleaning, turn off the power and wait 2 to 3 minutes for it to cool down.

• To clean the print head, open the top cover and use a cleaning pen or a cotton swab with diluted alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Gently rub the center and both sides of the print head.

• When cleaning the print head, be cautious not to touch the heating part, as it may cause damage or scratches to the print head.

• To clean the sensor, rubber roller, and paper guide, remove the label roll and eliminate sticky substances or other impurities using a cotton cloth or swab with medicinal alcohol.

• After cleaning the parts, refrain from using the printer immediately. Wait until the alcohol has completely evaporated, and the printer is entirely dry (1-2 minutes).

Windows users can download our LabelDesigner software for custom label editing. 

Mobile users can use our 'Rekdom Printer' app for basic editing. 

Alternatively, you can use software like Label LIVE or Canva to edit and print labels with our printer.

Windows users can download the latest version of LabelDesigner from our website. If installation is prevented, disable your computer firewall and antivirus temporarily, and you can re-enable them after the installation.

Note: LabelDesigner is not available for Mac, Linux, or Chromebook users. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please ensure that your label type is direct thermal.

Please ensure that the label paper extends to the printer outlet so that it can be detected.

If the printer fails to detect the label paper, it will blink three times in a row.

Please ensure the label paper is loaded properly, the printing side need to facing up.

Please ensure that the printer cover is properly closed. Please press down on both sides of the printer cover.

On Windows 10:

Go to “LP620 printer"/"LP320 printer"/"BT320 printer" -> Manage -> Printer Properties -> click “Print Test Page”. If you can print it, it means the driver software was installed correctly. 

On Windows 11:

Go to “LP620 printer"/"LP320 printer"/"BT320 printer" -> click “Print Test Page”. If you can print it, it means the driver software was installed correctly. 

On Mac:

You can print  a 4x6'' sample label from our usb disk or download it from our website: www.labelrange.com. If you can print it, it means the driver software was installed correctly. 

Ensure the power is off. Press and hold the paper feeder button, then turn on the power. Release the button after the printer starts up. The printer will print a self test label.

Step 1: Turn off the printer and allow it to cool down.

Step 2: For a simple label jam, you can peel off the label from the print head or rubber roller. If it is jammed into the rubber roller, pull the rubber roller to peel off the label paper.

If you use LP620 / LP320 Printer:

Go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " ->

find “LabelRange LP620 Printer Driver" or "LabelRange LP320 Printer Driver” -> right click it and select uninstall ->after uninstalling successfully-> go to View Devices and Printers ->find “LP620 printer”/ " LP320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

If you use BT320 / BT620 Printer on Windows 10:

Go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT320 printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find  "LabelRange BT320 Printer Driver” ->right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find " BT320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

If you use BT320 / BT620 Printer on Windows 11:

Go to Settings -> Bluetooth&devices ->Device -> Other devices ->  "BT320 printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> choose  "LabelRange BT320 Printer Driver”

 -> Uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> 

View devices and printers -> Devices ->Related settings -> More devices and printer settings ->

 click " BT320 Printer"  ->Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

On Mac: 

Pls go to your Mac's settings->click “Printers and Scanners” -> click 

"LP620 Printer”/ “LP320 Printer”/ "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer" and click “-" or "remove printer", then the LP620 Printer / LP320 Printer / BT320  Printer/ BT620 Printer  will be delete.

There are some ways to printing amazon FNSKU labels.

For Windows users, please go to LP320 Printer, BT320 Printer, or LP620 Printer -> Printer Preferences -> choose "2.25x1.25" or 2x1'' as the paper size before creating and printing the SKU labels on Amazon.

Method 1 :

In Step 1 of your Send to Amazon workflow, click on Print all SKU labels

Step 2: Pls choose Thermal printing and if you use 2.25x1.25’’ label paper , pls

 enter 57mm as width and 31mm as height, then click print.

Please download the label instead of printing directly. Then, please locate and open the label file using Adobe Reader and click on "Print." select the LP320 Printer and select "2.25x1.25’’" as the paper size for perfect printing!

Method 2:

In your Amazon Seller Central account, please click on Inventory > Manage FBA Shipments

Pls click Scan&Label

Pls click Printer Settings and enter the label size. like if you use 2.25x1.25’’ label paper, pls

 enter 57mm as width and 31mm as height, click Save.

Pls enter your product SKU and enter it, it will showing like below:

Pls choose Download label. ( If print label directly, it will print wrong.)

Pls open the label by Adobe reader and click printing.

Pls cloose LP320 Printer and pls choose 2.25x1.25’’ as paper size, then it will print perfectly!

Method 3:

In your Amazon Seller Central account, please click on Inventory > Manage FBA Inventory

Pls choose your product and click Edit and choose Print item labels.

Pls choose Print Item Labels and it will keep as PDF file .

Pls open the label by Adobe -> Choose Edit -> Take a Snapshot -> Select/Highlight the label's  area ->  Right click in the highlighted area and select Print  (pls choose 2.25x1.25’’ as paper size) and pls use 2.25x1.25’’label paper, then it will be printing perfectly.
