14. Having trouble connecting the RD560 Printer to Bluetooth.

Note:

- Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.

- Make sure the printer is on and the power green light stays on.


For Mac/Windows/Chromebook users:

- Make sure the mini Bluetooth dongle is plugged into the computer and  both the printer's Bluetooth indicator light and the Bluetooth dongle's light are solid blue before installing the driver with Bluetooth dongle.

- If can't pair with Bluetooth, please move the printer close to the Bluetooth dongle, restart the printer and reconnect the Bluetooth dongle.

- If your computer only has type-c port, connect the type-c adapter with the mini Bluetooth dongle first, then plug it into computer's type-c port.

- Please keep this mini Bluetooth dongle in a safe place and always plug it into your Mac for wireless Bluetooth printing. Without it, the Bluetooth connection won't work, and you'll need to use wired usb cable.


For Mac and Windows users:

Make sure you have installed the correct driver successfully.

- Make sure you have selected the appropriate printer name before printing. Printer name of "RD560 printer-AD" for Bluetooth dongle printing. ("RD560 printer" for USB cable printing.)


For "Label Expert"App users:

- Tap printer icon to reconnect "RD560 printer" every time you turn on the printer.

- Tap "Add printer" to search for the device if the printer is not listed.


Disconnect the Bluetooth paring from "Label Expert" App

- Tap printer icon->more options icon->Disconnect

- Or turn off the printer
