Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.
For "Rekdom Printer" App users:
1.Check if you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing from other device before new pairing.
2.Tap printer icon to reconnect "BT320 Printer" everytime you turn on the printer.
For Windows users:
1.Make sure your "BT320 Printer" driver software was installed successfully follow our steps.
2.Make sure you've still connected the USB cable when setting up the Bluetooth.
3.If you have one more "BT320 Printer", please turn off other printers before current Bluetooth pairing.
4.Make sure you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing of "BT320 Printer" from your phone and tablet before Bluetooth pairing on Windows.
5.When pairing with Bluetooth, remember to select the correct "BT320 Printer" which with Printer Icon.
6.Mark down the Outgoing port of Bluetooth from "More Bluetooth options"(Note: the COM port is different from different devices), so you can switch to the correct COM port from Printer properties. If you can't find the corresponding COM port from Printer properties, then please restart your computer and printer, pair with Bluetooth again.
7.Please wait for 3 more seconds before unplugging the cable from computer.
8.If you need to reinstall it, please remember to uninstall it first.
Go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT320 Printer" -> Remove device.
Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find "Labelrange BT320 Printer Driver -> right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find "BT320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer.
Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing from "Rekdom Printer" App:
- Tap printer icon -> Bluetooth -> Disconnect
- Or turn off the printer
