5. How to uninstall BT320/BT620/LP320 printer?

On Windows: 

If you use LP620 / LP320 Printer:

Go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " ->

find “LabelRange LP620 Printer Driver" or "LabelRange LP320 Printer Driver” -> right click it and select uninstall ->after uninstalling successfully-> go to View Devices and Printers ->find “LP620 printer”/ " LP320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

If you use BT320 / BT620 Printer on Windows 10:

Go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT320 printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find  "LabelRange BT320 Printer Driver” ->right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find " BT320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

If you use BT320 / BT620 Printer on Windows 11:

Go to Settings -> Bluetooth&devices ->Device -> Other devices ->  "BT320 printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> choose  "LabelRange BT320 Printer Driver”

 -> Uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> 

View devices and printers -> Devices ->Related settings -> More devices and printer settings ->

 click " BT320 Printer"  ->Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

On Mac: 

Pls go to your Mac's settings->click “Printers and Scanners” -> click 

"LP620 Printer”/ “LP320 Printer”/ "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer" and click “-" or "remove printer", then the LP620 Printer / LP320 Printer / BT320  Printer/ BT620 Printer  will be delete.
