1. Please ensure that your computer's USB port is functional. If you are using a USB C adapter, ensure that the adapter is also working correctly. Pls re connect the USB cable and it may show up.
2. Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our provided steps.
3. Before installing the driver software, please disable the firewall and antivirus, as they may interrupt the installation. After installation, you can restart them.
4. If you are using a Mac, remember to connect the USB cable from your Mac to the printer and add the printer after completing the installation.
5. If the driver software was installed properly, pls re start the printer and computer, it will show up.
