11. Set up the RD560 Printer on your Android or iOS device using the "Label Expert" app

Make sure that the printer is ON and you've enabled the Bluetooth on your device.  

Step1: Download the App

Download the "Label Expert" from App Store or Google Play.

Step2: Connect Bluetooth on App

Turn on the printer and enable the Bluetooth on your device. Open the app>> tap printer icon>> find and tap "RD560 printer_XXXX_BLE" to connect the Bluetooth. (If the printer is not listed, tap "Add printer" to search for the device)>> Connect success.

Note: For Android users, if you can't search for "RD560 printer", please allow "Label Expert" to access the device's precise location.

Step 3: Multiple Functions

· PDF Print - Import or share the PDF file from the social media, selling and shipping platforms. Open them with "Label Expert" app to print it.

· File Cropping - Crop file with non-standard size to fit the printable area for proper printing.

· Custom Label - Edit your own label with text, barcode, icons and so on.

Step 4: Select Paper Size and Print

Select or add the paper size, ensure that your label file, label paper, and printer settings are of the same size and click "Print".

Useful Reminder:

1. Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.  

2. Tap printer icon to reconnect "RD560 printer" everytime you turn on the printer.
