Most platforms now generate shipping labels in 4x6'' size, so please remember to select 4x6'' as the label format before creating it. Otherwise, the label will be produced in 8.5x11'' size.
However, some platforms may still generate labels in 8.5x11'', which won't fit 4x6'' correctly. In such cases, you can crop the label to 4x6'' before printing.
If you are using the BT320 or BT620 printer, you can crop the label directly through our 'Rekdom Printer' App.
For the RD560 printer, you can use our 'Label Expert' App to crop the label.
For the LP320 or LP620 printer, cropping can be done via Adobe
Like a USPS label from USPS website, choose PDF instead of Print Label > open with Adobe Reader > Choose Edit > Take a Snapshot > Select/Highlight the label's area > Right click in the highlighted area and select Print (choose 4x6'' as paper size), then it will be printed perfectly.
