3. Regularly clean the print head and rubber roller

Print quality may be affected by dust, foreign objects, sticky materials, or other impurities adhering to the print head or printer. When the print head becomes dirty, resulting in decreased print quality or issues with paper detection, clean it as instructed.

Notes:

• Before cleaning, turn off the power and wait 2 to 3 minutes for it to cool down.

• To clean the print head, open the top cover and use a cleaning pen or a cotton swab with diluted alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Gently rub the center and both sides of the print head.

• When cleaning the print head, be cautious not to touch the heating part, as it may cause damage or scratches to the print head.

• To clean the sensor, rubber roller, and paper guide, remove the label roll and eliminate sticky substances or other impurities using a cotton cloth or swab with medicinal alcohol.

• After cleaning the parts, refrain from using the printer immediately. Wait until the alcohol has completely evaporated, and the printer is entirely dry (1-2 minutes).
