2. Can I print wirelessly from a phone or tablet?

Answer

If you are using the BT320 Printer/BT620 Printer, yes, you can print from Android/iOS via Bluetooth using the 'Rekdom Printer' app.

If you are using the RD560 Printer, yes, you can print from Android/iOS via Bluetooth using the 'Label Expert' app.

If you are using the LP320/LP620 Printer, please note that these two models require a USB wired connection.

3. With which platforms does LabelRange work?

Answer

LabelRange functions like a regular printer. It will print anything you send to it, ensuring that the loaded label, label page, and printer settings are of the same size.

Note: If a platform is not listed here, it doesn't necessarily mean that LabelRange won't work with it. If you can obtain a 4 x 6-inch label from that platform, it will be compatible with LabelRange.

4. Is LabelRange compatible with my label?

Answer

Please note that there are two types of thermal labels: thermal transfer labels and direct thermal labels. LabelRange printers work with direct thermal labels.

If you are using BT320/ BT620/ LP320/ LP620 printers, they print labels with a width of 1.5'' to 4.1'' and a height of 1'' to 9.84''.

If you are using RD560 printer, it prints labels with a width of 1'' to 4.4'' and a height of 1'' to 9.84''.

5. Is LabelRange compatible with Windows 10 S Mode?

Answer

You need to exit S Mode before installing driver software.

How to switch to Windows 10 Pro, Home, or Enterprise from S Mode:

Sign into the Microsoft Store using your Microsoft account.
Search for "S mode".
In the offer, select Buy, Get, or Learn More.
You'll be prompted to save your files before the switch starts. Follow the prompts to switch to the equivalent non-S mode edition.

Note: The switch from S mode is a onetime switch and can only be undone by a wipe and reload of the OS.

1. Installing the BT320 I BT620 I LP320 I LP620 Printer on Windows via USB cable

Answer

Please make sure that you have installed the driver software by following the steps below:

Step 1:

Pls ensure the printer is OFF.

Plug the power cord into the power adapter.

Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.

Connect the USB cable to your printer and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.

Step 2:

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and adjust the paper guide to fit the width of paper. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically.

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

Step 3:

For Model BT320 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangeBT320PrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model BT620 - Pls insert LabelRange white USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangeBT620PrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click "Install" and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model LP320 - Pls insert LabelRange orange USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangeLP320PrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model LP620 - Pls insert LabelRange blue USB disk in your computer -> Windows -> double click "LabelRangePrinterWindowsDriver.exe" driver software -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

After installation, pls go to Start menu -> Settings -> Printers and scanners -> You will see the "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer"/"LP320 Printer"/ "LP620 Printer".

Step 4:

To verify your Labelrange was installed properly, go to "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer"/"LP320 Printer"/ "LP620 Printer" - click “Print Test Page”. If you can print it, the driver software was installed correctly. You can also print a 4x6” sample label from our USB disk to verify.

For Model LP320 - Pls insert LabelRange orange USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click "LabelRangeLP320PrinterMacDriverv1.0.pkg" driver software -> click “Continue” -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

For Model LP620 - Pls insert LabelRange blue USB disk in your computer -> Mac -> double click "LabelRangePrinterMacDriver.pkg" driver software -> click “Continue” -> click “Install” and follow the prompt to complete the installation.

After installation, pls go to your Mac's settings -> Printers and Scanners -> pls click “+”or " Add printer.." and select "BT320 Printer"/"BT620 Printer"/"LP320 Printer"/ "LP620 Printer"and click “Add”, and the "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer"/"LP320 Printer"/ "LP620 Printer" will be added.

Step 4:

To verify your Labelrange was installed properly, you can print a 4x6” sample label from our USB disk to verify. If you can print it, the driver software was installed correctly.

3. Installing the BT320 I BT620 I LP320 I LP620 Printer on Linux via USB Cable

Answer

Please always download the latest Linux software from our website for the best results.

If our Linux driver is not compatible with your system, please contact customer support. Thank you.

4. Set up the BT320 I LP320 Printer on Chromebook via USB Cable

Please follow the steps below to install your LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer on your Chromebook

1).

Ensure the printer is OFF.

Plug the power cord into the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.

Connect the USB cable to your printer and plug the other end into your computer's USB port.

2).

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and ensure the paper guides are flush against the label with no gap. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically.

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

3).

Go to Chrome web store - search "Labelrange" extension - click "Labelrange" extension and click "Add to Chrome" - click "Add extension". Click "Labelrange" extension and click "Add", it will show up LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer paired, highlight it and click "connect", then done.

Note: Please ignore the configuration prompt; there is no need to click to configure.

4).

Open your label and print - choose "LabelrangePrinter" as printer and choose paper size from More settings to printing.

5. Set up the BT320 I BT620 Printer on Windows via Bluetooth

Answer

Important Notes Before Setting Up Bluetooth on Windows:

1.Ensure you have correctly installed the BT320 Printer Windows driver software using the USB cable.

2.Keep the printer and computer connected with a USB cable during the installation and Bluetooth setup.

3.Ensure that your computer's Bluetooth function is turned on before initiating Bluetooth pairing.

4.Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing of BT320 Printer from your phone or tablet before initiating Bluetooth pairing on Windows.

If you are using Windows 10, please follow the steps provided in our user manual to set up Bluetooth. Refer to the video below for your reference:

If you are using Windows 11, please follow the steps below to set up Bluetooth:

Step 1: Add the Bluetooth of Printer

After driver installation, go to Settings-> Bluetooth & devices-> Printers & scanners-> Add devices-> find BT320 Printer-> Add device-> enter the PIN “0000”-> click Next-> waiting for the installation-> It will add another BT320 Printer which shows up “Driver is unavailable”.(Please ignore it and go ahead the next steps.)

Step 2: Match the COM Port

Click Bluetooth & devices-> Devices-> Related settings-> More Bluetooth settings-> click COM Ports-> select Outgoing port of Bluetooth, BT320 Printer "Serial Port"(Note:COM ports will vary depending on the numbers of your computer's Bluetooth Pairing. Please mark down the COM number, here is COM 4.)->click OK.

Step 3: Switch the Printer's USB Port to Matched Bluetooth's COM Port

Click Bluetooth & devices-> Printers & Scanners-> click BT320 Printer with drop-down option (Note: Pls select the printer which not show up "Driver is unavailable".)-> Printer properties-> Ports-> find and select the matched Bluetooth port: COM 4: Serial Port (the COM port checked in Step 2)-> click OK.

Note 1: Please select the available BT320 Printer which has a drop-down option." Driver is unavailable" is Bluetooth Printer which is normal, please ignore it.

Note 2: If you can't find which COM port match with Bluetooth port, please restart your computer and printer, and setup Bluetooth from Step 2 again.

Step 4: Verify Your Bluetooth Pairing and Start Bluetooth Printing

To verify your Bluetooth was paired successfully, go to Printers & Scanners-> BT320 Printer.

Note: Please choose the correct BT320 Printer which has drop-down option, it will become visible after one minute. Please ignore the BT320 Printers that show up "Driver is unavailable".

Now you can unplug the USB cable directly from your computer, click BT320 Printer-> click "Print Test Page", If you can print it, the Bluetooth was paired correctly. You can also print a 4x6”sample label from our USB disk to verify.

6. Set up the BT320 I BT620 Printer on your Android or iOS device using the 'Rekdom Printer' app

Make sure that the printer is ON and you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.

Step 1:

Pls ensure the printer is OFF.

Plug the power cord into the power adapter.

Plug the power adapter into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.

Step 2:

Press release button on both sides to open the printer cover. Load your labels from back and adjust the paper guide to fit the width of paper. Close the cover and turn the power ON (I=ON). The printer will detect the label automatically.

Note: Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

Step 3:

Download the app "Rekdom Printer", open it - tap " printer" icon, choose Bluetooth, find and TAP "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer" to connect. Then you can print.

Import or share the PDF file from the social media, selling and shipping platforms. If you received file from other app, open with "Rekdom Printer" app to print, you don't need to save them.

Note:

1) If can't pair with Bluetooth, please move the printer close to the Bluetooth dongle, restart the printer and reconnect the Bluetooth dongle.

2) If your computer only has type-c port, connect the type-c adapter with the mini Bluetooth dongle first, then plug it into computer's type-c port. Make sure the blue light is facing up.

3) The Bluetooth indicator light may not be that noticeable, so please come closer to check.

4) Please keep this mini Bluetooth dongle in a safe place and always plug it into your Mac for wireless Bluetooth printing. Without it, the Bluetooth connection won't work, and you'll need to use wired usb cable.

Step 2：Download the Driver for Windows

Please visit www.labelrange.com>> DOWNLOAD>> find "RD560LabelRangePrinterWindowsDriverSoftware" and download it to your computer.

Step 3：Driver Installation for Windows

Keep the printer on and the mini Bluetooth dongle plugged into the computer and paired successfully, double click the downloaded driver "LabelRangeRD560PrinterWindowsDriverV1.0.pkg" and follow the steps to complete the installation.

Select "install printer driver">> click "Next step">> Select "Bluetooth Dongle">> click "Next step" >> Select "RD560 printer-AD">> click "Next step">> use "RD560 printer-AD" as the printer name if needed>> click"Next step">> After installation is completed, click "print test page" to verify the driver is installed and the Bluetooth is paired successfully>> click "close".

8. Set up the RD560 Printer on Mac via Bluetooth

Please visit www.labelrange.com>> DOWNLOAD>> find "RD560LabelRangePrinterMacDriverSoftware" and download it to your Mac.

Step 3：Driver Installation for Mac

Keep the printer on and the mini Bluetooth dongle plugged into the computer and paired successfully, double click the downloaded driver "LabelRangeRD560PrinterMacDriverV1.0.pkg" and follow the steps to complete the installation.

Click "Continue">> click "Install">> Enter your Mac's password and click "Install Software">> click" Close" .

Step 4: Find and Add "RD560_printer-AD"

To find the printer after the installation is completed, go to Settings>> Printers and

Scanners>> click "Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax..." (or click "+") >> select "RD560_printer-AD" >> click "Add"，"RD560_printer-AD" is now added.

To verify your "RD560_printer-AD" was installed and the Bluetooth was paired succcessfully, you can download and print a 4x6"sample label from our website: www.labelrange.com. If you can print it, your Mac setup is completed.

9. Set up the RD560 Printer on Chromebook via Bluetooth

Step 1: Connect the Bluetooth Dongle with Chromebook

Plug the mini Bluetooth dongle into your chromebook's USB port>> once both the printer's Bluetooth indicator light and the dongle's light turn solid blue, the Bluetooth pairing is successful.

Note:

1) If can't pair with Bluetooth, please move the printer close to the Bluetooth dongle, restart the printer and reconnect the Bluetooth dongle.

2) If your computer only has type-c port, connect the type-c adapter with the mini Bluetooth dongle first, then plug it into computer's type-c port. Make sure the blue light is facing up.

3) The Bluetooth indicator light may not be that noticeable, so please come closer to check.

4) You can also connect the printer using a USB cable if needed.

Step 2: Add "Shipping Printer" Extension

Go to Chrome web store>> search "shipping printer" extension>> more extensions>> find and click "Shipping Printer">> Add to Chrome>> Add extension>> waiting for checking>> it will show up "Shipping Printer has been added to Chrome".

Open a pdf label (you also can download the 4x6" sample label from our website: www.labelrange.com) >> click extension icon>> select "Shipping Printer">> click Connection icon>> it will show up "Printer-Paired", highlight it and click Connect>> click print>> choose "Shipping Printer" as printer name>> after clicking the "Print" button, please go back to the setting page. The printer will then print the label.

Note: If our extension is not compatible with your Chrome OS version, please contact customer support.

10. Installing the RD560 Printer on Linux via Bluetooth

Note:

1) Before using the printer with your computer, you will need to install our driver software on your computer.

2) Ensure the printer is ON, and the label paper was loaded properly and positioned at tear-off line.

3) Ensure the Bluetooth is enabled on your computer.

Step1: Connect the Bluetooth Dongle

Plug the mini Bluetooth dongle into your computer's USB port>> once both the printer's Bluetooth indicator light and the dongle's light turn solid blue, the Bluetooth pairing is successful.

Note:

1) If can't pair with Bluetooth, please move the printer close to the Bluetooth dongle, restart the printer and reconnect the Bluetooth dongle.

2）If your computer only has type-c port, connect the type-c adapter with the mini Bluetooth dongle first, make sure the side of blue light is facing up, then plug it into computer's type-c port.

3) The Bluetooth indicator light may not be that noticeable, so please come closer to check.

4) Please keep this mini Bluetooth dongle in a safe place and always plug it into your Mac for wireless Bluetooth printing. Without it, the Bluetooth connection won't work, and you'll need to use wired usb cable.

11. Set up the RD560 Printer on your Android or iOS device using the "Label Expert" app

Answer

Make sure that the printer is ON and you've enabled the Bluetooth on your device.

Step1: Download the App

Download the "Label Expert" from App Store or Google Play.

Step2: Connect Bluetooth on App

Turn on the printer and enable the Bluetooth on your device. Open the app>> tap printer icon>> find and tap "RD560 printer_XXXX_BLE" to connect the Bluetooth. (If the printer is not listed, tap "Add printer" to search for the device)>> Connect success.

Note: For Android users, if you can't search for "RD560 printer", please allow "Label Expert" to access the device's precise location.

Step 3: Multiple Functions

· PDF Print - Import or share the PDF file from the social media, selling and shipping platforms. Open them with "Label Expert" app to print it.

· File Cropping - Crop file with non-standard size to fit the printable area for proper printing.

· Custom Label - Edit your own label with text, barcode, icons and so on.

Step 4: Select Paper Size and Print

Select or add the paper size, ensure that your label file, label paper, and printer settings are of the same size and click "Print".

1. How to load the label paper correctly?

Answer

Please ensure that your label type is direct thermal.

Please load the label paper extends to the printer outlet so that it can be detected. If the printer fails to detect the label paper, it will blink three times in a row.

Please ensure the label paper is loaded properly, the printing side need to facing up.

Please ensure that the printer cover is properly closed. Press down on both sides of the printer cover.

2. How to create customized labels?

Answer

Windows users can download our LabelDesigner software for custom label editing.

Mobile users can use our 'Rekdom Printer' app for basic editing.

Alternatively, you can use other software like Label LIVE or Canva to edit and print labels with our printer.

Windows users can download the latest version of LabelDesigner from our website. If installation is prevented, disable your computer firewall and antivirus temporarily, and you can re-enable them after the installation.

Note: LabelDesigner is not available for Mac, Linux, or Chromebook users. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. How to print a Test Page label?

Answer

On Windows 10:

Go to "LP320 printer"/"BT320 printer"/"BT620 printer" -> Manage -> Printer Properties -> click “Print Test Page”. If you can print it, it means the driver software was installed correctly.

On Windows 11:

Go to "LP320 printer"/"BT320 printer"/"BT620 printer" -> click “Print Test Page”. If you can print it, it means the driver software was installed correctly.

On Mac:

You can print a 4x6'' sample label from our usb disk or download it from our website. If you can print it, it means the driver software was installed correctly.

4. How to print a Self Test label?

Answer

Ensure the power is off. Press and hold the paper feeder button, then turn on the power. Release the button after the printer starts up. The printer will print a self test label.

The self test label is about the printer firmware!!

5. How to uninstall BT320/BT620/LP320 printer?

Answer

On Windows:

If you use LP620 / LP320 Printer:

Go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " ->

find “LabelRange LP620 Printer Driver" or "LabelRange LP320 Printer Driver” -> right click it and select uninstall ->after uninstalling successfully-> go to View Devices and Printers ->find “LP620 printer”/ " LP320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer.

If you use BT320 / BT620 Printer on Windows 10:

Go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT320 printer" -> Remove device.

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find "LabelRange BT320 Printer Driver” ->right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find " BT320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer.

If you use BT320 / BT620 Printer on Windows 11:

Go to Settings -> Bluetooth&devices ->Device -> Other devices -> "BT320 printer" -> Remove device.

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> choose "LabelRange BT320 Printer Driver”

-> Uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound ->

View devices and printers -> Devices ->Related settings -> More devices and printer settings ->

click " BT320 Printer" ->Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer.

On Mac:

Pls go to your Mac's settings->click “Printers and Scanners” -> click

"LP620 Printer”/ “LP320 Printer”/ "BT320 Printer" / "BT620 Printer" and click “-" or "remove printer", then the LP620 Printer / LP320 Printer / BT320 Printer/ BT620 Printer will be delete.

6. How to run label identification manually if it does not auto-detect the label size

Answer

Press and hold the top feeder button for 5 seconds, and then release.

The printer will automatically relearn the label size.

7. Printer not popping up

Answer

1. Please ensure that your computer's USB port is functional. If you are using a USB C adapter, ensure that the adapter is also working correctly. Pls re connect the USB cable and it may show up.

2. Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our provided steps.

3. Before installing the driver software, please disable the firewall and antivirus, as they may interrupt the installation. After installation, you can restart them.

4. If you are using a Mac, remember to connect the USB cable from your Mac to the printer and add the printer after completing the installation.

5. If the driver software was installed properly, pls re start the printer and computer, it will show up.

8. Nothing happens when I try to print

Answer

1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cable/adapter to connect, and make sure the printer is ON and in an online state.

2. Confirm that you have successfully installed the driver software by following our provided steps.

3. If you have reinstalled the driver software, make sure to print to the same active printer name when printing, such as LP320 Printer (copy1), (copy2),...

4.Please ensure that you have loaded the label paper properly. Let the label paper extend out of the printer outlet so that it can be detected correctly.

5.Please check if the top feeder button is blinking. If it is blinking, how many times in a row? 3times or 6times? Please contact customer support, thank you.

9. Printing blank labels

Answer

1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cable/adapter to connect.
2. Make sure that your labels are properly loaded. The side of the label that will be printed needs to be facing up.
3. Ensure your label type is "Direct Thermal" label.
4. Ensure that the priner cover is closed well. Press two sides of the printer cover.
5. Confirm that you have installed the driver software correctly by following our steps. If needed, you can uninstall it and reinstall following our instructions.
5. Ensure that your label page size, label paper size, and printer settings are the same size.
On Windows:

Go to the Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right click on LP620 Printer or LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer > Printer Preferences > pls choose paper size. Or go to Start menu > Settings > Printers and scanners > LP620 Printer or LP320 Printer or BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer> Printer Preferences to set up size or other settings.

On Mac:

Access these settings directly from the print menu and choose paper size.

If everything above is correct and still not work, please turn it off, then reconnect the cables and reload the labels. Turn it back on, and it should work!

If it is still not working and you are using the "BT320 Printer" or "BT620 Printer," please open the "Rekdom Printer" app. Tap the printer icon, choose Bluetooth, find and tap the BT320 Printer to connect. Then long-press the "Rekdom Printer" title for about 6 seconds to transfer to the settings page. Go to User Settings and tap "Restore factory settings," then you're done.

10. Printing sideways, printing tiny, printing cut off, printing part of the label

Answer

1. If you are printing shipping labels, the most likely reason is that your label format page is set to 8.5x11'', not 4x6''.

If you are printing 4x6" labels from platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Paypal, Poshmark, Pirateship, Shipstation, Shippo, change your label format setting to 4x6 before creating. If you cannot figure it out, please contact customer support or search for related videos on YouTube. Thank you.

By default, some platforms produce labels in an 8.5 x 11 size at present, which won't fit 4x6'' correctly. Examples include USPS, UPS, Mercari...

If you print a few labels per day, we recommend our customers crop the label. For example, for a USPS label from the USPS website, choose PDF instead of Print Label > open with Adobe Reader > Choose Edit > Take a Snapshot > Select/Highlight the label's area > Right-click in the highlighted area and select Print (choose 4x6'' as paper size), then it will be printed perfectly. If you use BT320 printer or BT620 printer, you can crop the label directly by our "Rekdom Printer" App.

If you are printing many labels per day, we recommend our customers use shipping platforms like Shippo, Pirateship, where you can print 4x6'' labels directly and get discounted shipping costs.

2. Make sure the loaded label, label page, and printer settings are all the same size.

3. Run label identification manually when it won't auto-detect; otherwise, it will print cut off.

Press and hold the top feeder button for 5 seconds, and then release. The printer will re detect the labels automaticlly.

4. Make sure the paper guides are flush against the label with no gap.

5. If you are using a Mac system, please delete the printer first and then follow our steps to reinstall the driver software; it will print properly.

6.If all size is matched and still print cut off, please contact Labelrange team, thank you.

11. The label is getting stuck or making a loud noise

Answer

1. Ensure you are using LabelRange's original power cable/adapter to connect.

2. Open the printer cover to check if anything is stuck. Remove any obstructions and clean.

Try to always wipe down the print head when you switch labels so the stickers don't get stuck when printing.

3. If you are using BT620 Printer and using UPS labels, please set your print speed to "2" and density to "2" then try your print again.

12. Labels are printing faintly or appear faded

Answer

1. LabelRange printers uses direct thermal technology, and its printing quality may not be as good as laser/inkjet printers. All thermal label printers have similar characteristics. If you require a better print effect, please choose the BT620 Printer as it is designed with a 300DPI resolution.

2. Ensure that you are using the original Labelrange power source and the printer cover is securely closed. Press both sides of the printer cover to confirm it's properly sealed.

3. The printing quality of the label depends on the label manufacturer. Avoid poor-quality labels as they can negatively impact printing performance. Check if you changed the label paper brand?
4. Ensure your label page content takes up the whole label. If there are extra borders, your design may be "shrunk" when printed, resulting in poor content quality.
5. Open your printer to check if anything is stuck on the print head or rubber roller. Remove any obstructions and clean. Regularly clean the print head and rubber roller.

6. For Windows users, please open the label with Adobe Reader and select "Print as Image" under "Advanced" options. This will improve the printing effect. If you are printing a PDF file, please try to open the file using Adobe Reader for better printing results.

7. Please always download the latest driver software for the printer from our website for the best results.

13. The printer keeps beeping or flashing

Answer

1.The printer will beep or flash 3times in a row when it is ON without labels. Please open the printer cover and load the label paper extends to the printer outlet so that it can be detected. If the printer fails to detect the label paper, it will blink three times in a row.

2. Ensure that the printer cover is securely closed. If you have loaded the label paper into the printer, closed it properly, and it is still beeping or flashing 6times, please turn it off and re load the label paper and turn it on, see if it stops?

3. If you have loaded the label paper in printer correctly and it still flashes three times in a row and you are using the BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer, please follow these steps to set it up:

1)Remove the label paper from the printer and turn the power on, let it keep beeping or flashing.

2)Open the "Rekdom Printer" app - tap printer icon, choose Bluetooth, find and tap the BT320 Printer to connect. Then long-press the "Rekdom Printer" title for about 6 seconds to transfer to the settings page - Calibration Settings - Lack Paper Learn - Tap Learn. After that, load the label paper into the printer and see if it stops beeping or flasing.

14. Having trouble connecting the BT320 I BT620 Printer to Bluetooth?

Answer

Make sure you've turned on your device's Bluetooth function.

For "Rekdom Printer" App users:

1.Check if you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing from other device before new pairing.

2.Tap printer icon to reconnect "BT320 Printer" everytime you turn on the printer.

For Windows users:

1.Make sure your "BT320 Printer" driver software was installed successfully follow our steps.

2.Make sure you've still connected the USB cable when setting up the Bluetooth.

3.If you have one more "BT320 Printer", please turn off other printers before current Bluetooth pairing.

4.Make sure you've disconnected the Bluetooth pairing of "BT320 Printer" from your phone and tablet before Bluetooth pairing on Windows.

5.When pairing with Bluetooth, remember to select the correct "BT320 Printer" which with Printer Icon.

6.Mark down the Outgoing port of Bluetooth from "More Bluetooth options"(Note: the COM port is different from different devices), so you can switch to the correct COM port from Printer properties. If you can't find the corresponding COM port from Printer properties, then please restart your computer and printer, pair with Bluetooth again.

7.Please wait for 3 more seconds before unplugging the cable from computer.

8.If you need to reinstall it, please remember to uninstall it first.

Go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT320 Printer" -> Remove device.

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find "Labelrange BT320 Printer Driver -> right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find "BT320 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer.

Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing from "Rekdom Printer" App:

- Tap printer icon -> Bluetooth -> Disconnect

- Or turn off the printer

15. How to do Restore Factory Settings via app or tool software?

Answer

If you using BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer, please open the "Rekdom Printer" app. Tap the printer icon, choose Bluetooth, find and tap the BT320 Printer or BT620 Printer to connect. Then long-press the "Rekdom Printer" title for about 6 seconds to transfer to the settings page. Go to User Settings and tap "Restore factory settings," then you're done.

If you using LP320 Printer or LP620 Printer, you can use LabelRange TOOL software to print Self Test, Disable the beeping, Restore factory Settings, Lack Paper Learn and more. Pls see detailed instructions below:

1) Pls download the tool software first.

16. How to remove a jammed label?

Answer

Step 1: Turn off the printer and allow it to cool down.

Step 2: For a simple label jam, you can peel off the label from the print head or rubber roller. If it is jammed into the rubber roller, pull the rubber roller to peel off the label paper.

1. How to power on, load label paper, and detect labels correctly?

Answer

Step 1: Connect the power cord

Ensure the printer is OFF.

Plug the power cord into the power interface on the back of the printer. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.

Step 2: Load Labels

Press release button on the right to open the cover. Load the labels from back and adjust the paper feeder guides to fit the paper width with no gap. Close the cover.

Note:

1) Make sure the labels are properly loaded, with the printing side facing up (towards the ceiling).

2) Ensure that the label paper extends from the printer outlet so that it can be detected.

Tips: You also can load the labels without opening the cover.

1) Adjust the paper feeder guides to fit the label size from the back.

2) Turn on the printer.

3) Insert the label from the back of the printer until it is rolled into the printer.

Step 3: Power On

Power on: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until hearing a beep, release the button, the power light is green, the printer is on.

Power off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, the power light will turn off and the printer will shut down.

Note:

1) Please turn off the power using the power button. Do not unplug the power cord or plug first.

2) Wait for a certain time (≧5S) when turning on the power again after the power is turned off.

Step 4: Detect Labels

Press and hold the right feeder button until a beep, release the button. The printer will detect the labels automatically and position the label at the tear-off line.

Note:

1）Please detect labels manually everytime you reload the labels.

2）Normally it will waste two sheets of labels, but you can open the cover and reload the label, it will position on the first sheet.
